Momentum has to be created, which is the hardest part. Then it hast to be maintained, the risk there is to get cocky and lose it all. And finally it has to be advanced, which is when everything pays of and you get paid the crazy numbers.

- Focus on your goals not other people or the market (index)
- Surround yourself with the right people (everybody tells you this xD)
