How you do it matters more than who you are

There are studies that show, after certain base level of IQ, it doesn’t matter that much how intelligent an individual is as muchas as it matters their self-discipline, self-control, work ethics, everyday processes and how hard they work.
The later is heavily influenced by the environment. No matter how tempting chocolate is to you, if you don’t have it at home you are not going to eat it.
As long as you are complement (ie. average IQ) the processes and tools you use, and how much you work will give much more success than having more IQ could give you.
And the good news is, although we don’t have any control over luck, the IQ we are born with, and any other external factors. We do have control over how we work.
