  1. You approach the intersection, slow down and stop if necessary. When there’s a stop line and a B7 sign you must stop before the line.
  2. Look around careful and assess the situation: what type of intersection it is, do you have priority or not, which road users are at or near the intersection, do you have a good overview, etc.
  3. You pay extra attention to vulnerable road users.
  4. If necessary, you grant priority to other drivers, without blocking the passage at the intersection.
  5. You only cross the intersection if the road up to and beyond the intersection is clear, and you can therefore continue straight away. If the intersection has a central reservation, you are allowed to stop here (provided that your car is not longer than the width of it.)
