Hi, thanks for getting in touch! Ideally, it’s best to check for background noises before the actual recording by doing test recordings. Not to worry, although we don’t have a specific noise reduction feature yet, you can produce the same effect using an EQ. Simply add the EQ, look for the “noise” frequency by slowly raising the level for each fader until you find where the noise is most present, and then bring this fader down to lower the noise level. This setup worked quite fine (with Computer Mic Enhancer + 0 reverb)
However the input from the call was harder to tune and I couldn’t get it to fully filter out the background white nose / hissing without making the voice sound weird.
